Day 155. Khon Kaen - Saraburi

We said a sad farewell to Bhua and John. They have treated us well in the last couple of days, Khon Kaen is a nice city and would be a great place to live I reckon.

An easy 330km ride down  the motorway to our next stop Saraburi. A large industrial town by the look of it.

We passed this truck today, couldn’t resist taking a photo.

Bit difficult to get a photo without wires in the way.

We have settled into our hotel and set ourselves up to watch a couple of games of footy as I am sure most of you are. It will be one hell of a semi final next week. I will try and find an English pub!

Out hotel is a little out of the way with no restaurants nearby. We went for a little wander and spied a railway station. There is always food near a railway station and sure enough we found a nice one.
They were even showing Everton vs West Ham. (Sorry Chris you were never in it). I had that classic Thai dish T bone steak and Robyn got a bit closer with chicken and cashew nuts.
A good day.
